Today, we’re thrilled to share that Scout is now available to all Guidewheel customers!

Scout is a powerful new tool that enhances your ability to detect issues and predict maintenance needs within Guidewheel. This proactive approach not only boosts your operational efficiency but also extends the health and lifespan of your machinery.

How Scout will help your team become more efficient

Head off machine downtime or failure before it occurs

No new hardware to install: Scout pulls data from the sensors you have already installed. No additional hardware is required. If you’d like to add Scout to machines or auxiliary equipment not yet connected to Guidewheel, we will send you additional sensors free of charge.
No AI or Engineering expertise required: Guidewheel’s AI Engineers build and maintain the models for each of your machines. There’s no additional work for your team.
