We offer 2-day onsite installation and setup led by our in-house team of experts so your production and daily activities remain uninterrupted. We'll help connect your first few machines and give you instant visibility for $4000. There is no charge for virtual installation.
Once the contract is signed, your dedicated Customer Success Manager and Solutions Engineer will support you through installation and data validation and will be your points of contact for ongoing support. They will also train your team and do weekly progress meetings and executive business reviews for Premium customers to ensure you hit your goals.
All core hardware is included–sensors, meters, cable–with all subscriptions. If LTE routers are required, there is an additional charge of $75/month for each LTE router.
Yes we offer paid pilots on a per case basis. For more information, reach out to your Account Executive or request a pilot.
